New Family PSO contacts

As a new parent to ACS Cobham you will have multiple points of contact with the PSO. Initially the Welcome Liaison will be happy to help with transitioning into school. Feel free to send any questions at any time to welcomegroup@acscobham.org. The PSO also has parent liaisons representing each of the sections in the school (Early Childhood (EC), Lower School (LS), Middle School (MS) and High School (HS) grade levels).

If you are new to the school and interested in being matched with a buddy family, please contact buddyfamily@psocobham.org. We aim to match each new family with an established ACS family, who can introduce you to ACS and the ACS community.

Furthermore the PSO has a Country Representative (CRG) for most ACS nationalities. If you would like to be contacted by your Country Representative contact please email the country representatives via crg1@psocobham.org.

Where can you find more information?

Everything related to the PSO can be found on the PSO Section on the ACS Forum. Log in with your username and password provided by the school.

  • ACS Cobham sends a weekly newsletter every Friday afternoon with important information and dates for the whole school Campus. We suggest you visit the ACS Forum on a weekly basis so you don’t miss out on important events.
  • On the main page you can also subscribe to various school calendars depending on your children’s level of school and involvement in sports and activities – click the calendar tab at the top of the main page. You will find the PSO calendar, which shows all our meetings and events!

How can you help?

Our events only happen with the help of volunteers from the parent community! Volunteering is a great way to meet new people, learn about the school and be a part of our community.  We welcome you to help at one of our events, running one of our events or joining the PSO Board.

Requests to volunteer are always to be found via the weekly newsletter, alternatively please contact the Board or Event Coordinator directly to say you are interested. There is a way for each family to contribute to the community of our school! Please email us for general help or tell us about your specific talents via: secretary@psocobham.org.
