Join us for the Spookiest Party of the Year!

Inspired by the North American holiday of Halloween, this now annual tradition at ACS Cobham reflects the growing popularity of a party themed around dressing up, eating candy and having fun!  This is a truly international event with families from all cultures joining in on the fun.

If you are new to ACS Cobham you don’t want to miss out on this event.  Trust us when we say – particularly if your kids are in LS or MS – your kids will want to attend, tickets are limited and you need to buy them ahead of time!

This is a huge event – show your support by volunteering !  We need your help with setup, during the event and cleanup.  If everyone contributed a half hour, we can all enjoy the party!  Click the button on the right for the SignUpGenius.

New to this year is ‘Borrowed Trunks’ – cars for high schoolers to decorate as a collective Grade effort. Click on the button on the right for the SignUpGenius to register to lend your car to your high schooler. Or to sign up if you are a high school student wanting to decorate a car.

Remember:

  • Each adult and child attending must​ have a ticket.  All EC, LS & MS students must be with an adult!  No drop-offs!
  • Cash and cheques addressed to “ACS PSO” accepted.
  • Ticket price includes dinner, games, bouncy castles and Trunk or Treating (candy).
  • NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD ON THE NIGHT OF THE EVENT!
  • Families decorating a car receive 4 free tickets!

Register to Decorate your Car

Join a grand and fun ACS Cobham tradition and volunteer to bring your car to the event and decorate it (you supply the decorations – let your imagination run wild!).  At the party you hand out candy (we supply the candy)  to all the “Trunk or Treater’s”.

PARKING AT THE EVENT

After school student pick-up on the day of the event:

2:30 – 9:00pm STUDENT pick-up is from carpark (A) or (B). Hi-Vis security personal will help with directions

 

Trunk or Treat

2:30 Gym Carpark (D) closed, except for the buses as usual. Normal use of carparks (A), (B) and (C) available until the end of the event. Normal use of entrance and exit through the security gate until the end of the
event.

3:45 Buses leave but the Gym carpark (D) remains closed. Exit from carparks (E) and (F), behind the school, still allowed through carpark (D), once the buses have exited through Elvedon Road. TorT commercial and set up vehicles allowed temporary access to carpark (D)

5:00 LATE BUSES allowed access to carpark (D). TorT commercial and set up vehicles must leave carpark (D). TorT decorating cars allowed access to carpark (D).
TorT One Way traffic access to overflow carparks (F), (E) around by Elvedon
Road Exit gate starts. Please do not arrive before then.

5:45 LATE BUSES leave carpark (D) TorT Carpark (D) closed to ALL vehicles, even late decorating cars. TorT One Way traffic access to carparks (F) and (E) around by Elvedon Road Exit gate still available.

7:30 TorT One way traffic changes direction, from carparks (F) and (E), to
allow exit through the security gate exit only.

8:00 TorT Elvedon Road Exit gate now OPEN for all cars.
TorT Carpark (D) remains closed to ALL traffic. Decorated TorT cars can leave
when ready.

8:30 TorT Carpark (D) opens to ALL traffic.

9:00 Elvedon Road Exit gate now closed for all cars. Exit through security gate.
Normal use of carparks returned. ONE WAY traffic system ends.
Event ends.

Notes

Please be patient and considerate and do as the traffic marshals ask you.

 

Remember, the car parks at the rear of the school are actually closer to the event. Please follow the parking signs and directions from the Security Staff and parking volunteers.
