Eat your way around the world! With our CRG countries hosting food stalls, you are sure to have an amazing international cuisine tasting experience.

OUR COMMITMENT TO SUSTAINABILITY

We are striving to make all of our PSO events more sustainable.

All single serve disposables will be either items already stored in our PSO shed or sourced through Chris Owen, ACS Cobham Catering Manager – all disposable items are fully bio-degradable and specially recycled.

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN REFILLABLE WATER BOTTLE!

There will be water refill stations. We have asked our vendors to NOT sell bottled water.

Digital ticket ecards can be used to pay for games, rides, charity stalls, and international food court and bar.

Games and rides are £1-£5 per ride/game.

Food items are £1-£5 per food portion.

Digital tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Any left over money on your ecard will be donated to the participating charities the event is supporting.

If you are unable to find your email with your ecard information, go to a PSO Payment Desk at the event and they will be able to locate and resend to you.

 

TO TOP UP YOUR ECARD

A link to your ecard order will be sent to you when you purchase an ecard. To reload your ecard online, press the link within the ecard and you will be directed to the Top Up page where you can add more funds (reload) or check the balance.

Please note none of cards have a PIN so you do not need to enter anything here.

 

TO USE YOUR ECARD

Show your ecard to any of the stalls at the event. They will need to scan the bar code of your ecard and then will charge the necessary amounts against it. You can print off a copy of your email to give to other members of your party if necessary. As long as you have the barcode or the ecard code you will be able to charge items against it.

 

TO CHECK YOUR BALANCE

You can use the link in your ecard order email to see the remaining balance on your card and see what transactions and which stall you have spent the money against.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please note that no monies will be refunded unless the event is cancelled by the organisers. Any balance left on the ecard at the end of the event will be donated to the participating charities the event is supporting.

PARKING AT THE EVENT

8am to 11am: access to the Gym car park (D) for drop off only. Cars can then leave via the security gate or if need to be parked you will be directed to the parking bays down the hill towards LS playground car park (E).

11am to 5pm: No access to the Gym car park.  Vehicles arriving after this time will be directed to the rear of the school via the Elvedon Exit road and then round the back of the Tennis courts and Sports Centre to car parks (E) and (F) at the rear of the school.

  • Drop off and turn around will be available at the Security car park before the event.  As there are students leaving for sports events, the security parking lot will be used for buses departing.  After they have departed, these parking lots will be available for parking.
  • Exit will be available via the Security Gate all day – please return on the boundary road you came in on.

3pm to 5pm: Exit via Elvedon Road will be available.

Notes

Please be patient and considerate and do as the traffic marshals ask you.

Please be aware that all our roads need to be kept clear to allow EMERGENCY VEHICLE ACCESS!  DO NOT BLOCK ACCESS ON THE ROAD!

Handicap parking is available in car park (C).  Available all day.

Parking Lot (G) behind the sports centre is temporarily closed due to construction.

Remember, the car parks at the rear of the school are actually closer to the event. Please follow the parking signs and directions from the Security Staff and parking volunteers.
